#1
OK I screwed up and hooked the battery up backwards on this 325 trailboss it was a battery off something else & the post were backwards now my oil cooler fan stays on ! What did I screw up ? I unplugged the temp sensor on the cooler thinking it might be bad but checks out with ohm meter . were does the power for the fan come from if anyone knows I could use some help ! This is my wifes machine & she is pretty mad she cant go riding in this spring like winter weather were having in Texas Thanks Oh I did ride today without her LOL

sounds like you might have freid the ECM if it has one. there have been posts on here about them going bad and the fan stays on even without the key in the ignition.

im not sure if your model has an ECM or not. its new enough that it could have one but old enough that it might not lol. unfortunatly fuses do not protect against voltage flowing the wrong direction. the only thing it screws up is electronics. i would get a manual to see if it has the test procedures for the various electronic parts on your bike.
ive been through atlo about 1000 times. never stayed long enough to say ive been there tho. i have 2 parks to ride at in my back yard so i dont have to travel that far. i live in troup so i have river run and mud creek both in jacksonville.
