All Balls Ball Joints - Greaseable????

All ***** Ball Joints - Greaseable????
So, I noticed that the replacement All ***** ball joints are not greasable like the oem pieces, There is a small grease inlet on the oem units.
Question - has anyone bothered to drill a hole in the All Ball units to allow them to be greaseable??
