WOW!!! i must say, that this bike is a freakin rocket ship. it was already pre-modded when i purchased it. pro circuit pipes, pro design air flow kit ,, and probably a few other mods to mention. this bike made my 400ex ,, feel like a yamaha BREEZE.i definately have to get used to the transition from a 4stroke to a 2 stroke. i have stalled off the start quite a few times already,, but getting used to it. i also have to get used to the non-existant low end. im thinking about changing the front sprocket to a 12 tooth.. so it can be more managable in trails and tight wooded areas. anyway,,, im glad i made the trade.

Don't worry about stalling it out.. Just rev it up, pop the clutch, and dig some ruts! But.. Then you'll wear out the POS tires even FASTER! I love my Banshee, even though I blew my front tires yesterday. later

Oh yeah baby, there's nothing like it, that's for sure!!! I like my Raptor, but I still feel like borrowing somebody's shee so I can get that long missed fix every once in a while.

If only the suspension on the Banshee was up to par with the Raptor, I'd be mixin' gas and rubbin' my sore thumb again. It really takes less work to be faster in the woods with my new ride, but I'll never down the Banshee. They have an ultra-specific type duty and for that, they can't be beat.

Banshee 101. Get a clutch from Barnett or EBC and a MSR Easypull clutch lever. Your low end power problem can be avoided by feathering the clutch when your revs start to drop. On my 'shee I sorta use my clutch as a throttle in tight trails and only use my throttle for crusin' fast roads. Its a bit harder on the clutch (thats why I said to get the Barnett or EBC) but is highly effective once you know what you are doin. Every 4-Stroker that I have ridden with has an addiction for my bike. My friend almost stranded me on the mountain by using up all my gas whilst I wasnt looking!! I new he had my bike, but didnt realize he was gone for so long !! Fortunatly I ran out of gas like 5 ft up the mountain and the gas station was only 2 km away!

Bash - What do you mean that the Banshee is a specific bike? I ride mine EVERYWHERE. I am constantly going on trails that my 4x4 buddies walk away from, I also ride fast road, tight trail, hillclimbs, basically anything and everything except for sand and snow!

Don't take it wrong, I just meant that they are designed for pure speed! It's not a lug-mo-bile. For rip roarin', there is nothing better.
