Lately ive been having trouble starting my outlaw. so i took apart the quad which is the only thing that polaris did stupid on this quad as the spark plugs underthe gas tank and the only way to get to it is take off all the plastics and tank. well i got the plug off and it was burnt and wet with some oil. Any suggestions on if this could be the problem. i tested the battery and its at about 95%. o yea i bought it brand new in october 08 and it has about 23 hours thanks alot

 

Have the valves ever been adjusted? Sounds like classic signs of the intake valves being too tight and needing adjusted. With 23 hours it is probably time.
