I just pulled the clutches out of my raptor cause one of my clutch plates shattered. When I pulled them out there was a small ring the fell out. It looks like it goes in the basket before the first clutch plate but my manual sais nothing about it. Is this were it goes???

 

Sounds like you're right, it should be the basket, thrust plate, clutch boss, washer, nut, plates.... you can look at diagrams on the yamaha website or a place like ronniesmailorder.com
