I just got back from a ride on my 2007 yfz450. after not even 2 minutes of riding my muffler got very hot like when i put snow on it it instantly melted and it was extremly hot to the touch. any ideas why this is?

 

well your muffler is gonna melt ice and burn your hand if you touch it under normal riding conditions, if you really think its running hot then run it around at night and see if your header pipe is glowing, if it is then all I know is your most likely running lean
