I just bought a 02 Raptor, I noticed when I was shopping around that some of the Raptors 4 sale said Limited Ed. I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference was between the 2, and if there was any way of knowing one from the other just by looking at them. Thanks for anything

 

limited edition is just different plastics, atleast thats what ive been told.

 

The LE models (SE in 05) were mechanically identical to the regular models. The plastics were the same but they were different colors, as well as different colors for the rest of the bike and new graphics. No real reason to purchase an LE over a standard model unless you really, really like the colors.
