Hauck racing can machine your clutch sheave for more bottom AND top end for around $120. It's the single best mod I did to my Wolverine.

Clutch kits are good especially if your going to a bigger tire, the kits help the engine rev higher for more low end power and it's well worth the money.

I didn't see any power difference in my Kodiac 450 when I upgraded to Maxxis Big Horns. But the handeling did improve. The same size Big Horns were about 1.5-2 " taller than the stockers.

you wont notice power gains with tires, only traction difference.

I have a set on my Kodiak and just put a set on my girlfreinds 350 grizzly. 10's in the rear and 9's in the front. You are going to notice just a tad of lag when you first take off. Simply because of the size and weight of the tires But nothing that I would be to concerned about. Your top end will actually increase because of the larger diameter of the tire. Still nothing major. The biggest gain is in ground clearance and pulling power (traction) in the mud. They will not handle the same as stock either. Be aware of that your first few times out. The fronts will grab a whole hell of alot more and yank your handle bars out of your hands if you are not carefull.
