WHAT MAKES IT A HIGH OUTPUT?WHATS THE DIFFENCE IN A 800 AND A 800 HO?IS IT THE DAUL EXHAUST OR IS IT MORE POWER? THANKS

 

The HO model puts out 55 horsepower. The 800 EFI models do too.

 

The 800 HO puts out 54 HP, the regular 800 puts out 48 hp.

 

THANKS FOR THE INFO.I HAVE A EFI HO BUT DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO SAY WHEN ASKED.SO IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH EXHAUST?

 

I'm pretty sure the non HO 07 model had the same exhaust. I'm not positive what the changes were to get the extra HP.

Yes I have a 07 deluxe and it came with dual exhaust. It is not the H.O.

 

its nothing to do w/ the dual exhaust as my 06' had duals as well. its more of differnt timing, and a few other small areas that gives that few extra hp which you can tell between the HO and non HO. its not alot but every little bit helps.

 

Either one should have plenty of power. My 500 only has 36 HP or something like that and it is no slouch. If it had 48 HP, it would be down right nasty... never mind if it had 54 HP. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

ALL I KNOW IS IT'S A POWER-HOUSE. IF I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER IT WOULD BE THE SAME. I JUST PUT THESE HEAVY *** KENDA EXECUTIONER 27in. AND IT'S NO PROBLEM. I LIKE THE RIDE AND EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. ITS TRULY THE BEAST OF ALL BIG BORES. THANKS AGAIN.
