I am looking for my sons first quad. He is age 8. I found a 2005 polaris predator 90. In very good shape. No cracks in the plastic, no tear in seat, good tires, and a new battery last fall. The owner said only thing he has to do is give it a shot of starter fluid when it hasn't ran in a while to get it going, after that no problems. He is asking $800. What does everyone think? Good buy?

 

What year is it, does not sound like a bad price at all, if it is in as good shape as you say......if is it a 2-stroke, be sure and use synthetic oil, will reduce fouling the plugs
