Default 850 xp don't like to start

My 850 is still in the shop. And don't like to start in cold weather.
They changed the plugs and it didn't help. And contacted Plorais but no response yet. Its been over a month. Has any body herd of this problem yet? I'm about ready to tell them to keep it. And buy a carb model. Never had a starting issue with my 03 carb sp 700.
Any ideas? From what i've been reading you guys seem to know more about these
than the Polaris dealers. Any input would be great.

Ask your dealer about reflashing the EFI system. My check engine light came onn about a month ago while I was plowing. The code was for I think exhaust temp, the dealer picked it up and said that a wire was loose and that they also reflashed the EFI so it should run better. I heard Highoctane and a few others talking about an update to the computer, I wonder if this is the same thing. Either way, Polaris knows about this and your dealer should get ahold of them, I'm wondering if maybe your dealer hasn't even called Polaris yet and is just giving you the run-a-round, I hope thats not the case.

The "didge wrench" update for mine was different plugs. I heard about an update and asked my dealer to check it out before I picked mine up. Maybe you need hotter plugs for the cold.

Thanks Guys. Hotdogmb they did put hotter plugs in it and it didn't help.
I'll give him a call this after noon and bring up the reflashing. maybe that will help.
It does start down to about 10 F but i have to keep cranking on it and some times hold it wide open. Any below that forget it.
