1981 Atc 185S

Hi I have 1981 185S runs really good but it wants to cut out like it has a gov on it . A little help please thanks .

my 82 big red was doing the same thing except really bad! has it been outside for awhile? if so then change the spark plug put new gas in it!!!

No it sits inside and it has a new plug fresh gas not sure what this is caused by ,Thanks for the reply.
