400ex can i use a 450r rev box?

well i got some spare parts off a 450 and i was wondering if the rev box would work on my 400. I figured probly not but i don't know what the rpms are on a 450 compared to a 400

noone knows huh

If a guy knew what the max rpms on a 450 is then thats all i really need to know. Im pretty sure that the rpms on a 400 is 8250 when maxed out

I doubt it very much.... the 450s rev a lot faster and a lot higher than a 400ex...........

a 450 revs higher than a 400. if you have the part put it on and try it so you can tell everyone else if it does or not
