Default Foreman Crankcase Vent Question

So I've been waterproofing my Foreman for precautionary reasons only. I don't plan on riding in seat-deep water like some guys do, but still wanted to be able to if need be. Question is after doing my crankcase vent tube today, I was wondering if reinforced vinyl tube (clear w/ lines crossing) will hold up the heat of the engine. I have it looped up and over the upper frame, then back down to the airbox. It's tied several inches away from the exhaust, but pretty close to the crankcase itself. What do you guys think? I couldn't find any heater hose and thought this would work fine, by the way, it's rated for up to 150 degrees. Any help would be great!

I'd say the engine can be over 150, but it's anyone's guess if the hose will be close enough to melt.
