86 moto 4

my moto4 200 has no battery because the starter dosent work and there is no light on it. i was wondering if i could put a light on it and have it run off of the atv?

it would have to be a small light. dont imagine it could draw anymore than what the battery takes to charge up

My 89 Big bear had NO battery or starter but the lights worked good, why do you need a battery for lights? The Stator/magneto with give you power enough.

get some wire and run it off the head little to your stator plate.
