I've been using it for years in my manual shift ATVs with no problems. I know a lot of guys who've been using it for 20 years with no problems..... I don't seem to recall too many breakdowns for Team Amsoil Honda over the years in MX/SX racing.....so overall I think it is pretty good stuff.......

There are probably a few out there that some would argue are better, but I don't think you can go wrong with it.

They have an oil just for atvs. Check amsoil website. I haven't had any issues.

Is there such thing as a bad Full synthetic oil? The wost Synthetic oil made is better than the best conventional oil made,I would guess.

TLC: Synthetic oils do protect better but in atvs/motorcycles with wet clutches it can cause major clutch problems. The anit-friction elements in some of the synthetic oils will cause wet clutches to slip. Just food for thought. Some synthetics work and others don't, just read the fine print

Well being synthetic or not has nothing to do with it, the oil has to be designed for a wet clutch. It cannot have the friction modifiers used in automotive oils for fuel efficiency.

You just have to be sure that the oil you are using is made for wet clutch systems. Most oils like Amsoil that are made for street bikes are made for wet clutch systems. And most ATV oils are wet clutch safe, or there is a version designed for that purpose.
