Which paddle tires and pipe

I am thinking of getting some 22 11 10 hauler paddles and a graydon proline pipe. Ive heard that the stock headers with the graydon silencer is a the best setup but graydon said that with there headers you will get more top end and it is more powerful. Thanks

I'm running the 22x11x1o haulers,they hook up great but make's it a bit tricky to pitch it side-ways.Also have the gradon-proline silencer & header pipe it seems to work real well.I had small exaust leak at the 2 into 1 collector,called graydon they said they are now sending out some high-temp silicone should cure the problem.Well I got the silicone, when I took the head pipes off the little O-ring gaskets on the exaust ports were wasted. I guess the end of graydon pipe is sharper and digs into the gasket,compared to thicker blunt edge on the stock pipe.The gaskets have been on back-order from my local dealer and graydon for weeks now

There is a woods complete system pipe for sale for 200 bucks. How does it compare to the graydon should I get it there is also a woods rev box for 200 is it dangerous to run it with no rev limiter I am going to get a piston and cam also thanks.

Bombards you know I have not tried the Wood's pipe,I only bad thing that I have heard about it was the fact that it sticks out past the rear grab handle.But for $200 bucks sounds like a deal.Graydon proline does offer for there pipe a spark arrester screen & or a suppertrap tip with discs to quiet it down if needed (I keep one in the tool box just case I have to tone it down) If you get the cams and piston I suppose you are getting the heaver valve springs and carb too?If you do the work yourself GET THE SERVICE MANUAL!! As far as the rev box I have had no problems with mine (wood's) If you are hesitant get the graydon box it just has a higher rev-limit, I just put a Pro-Design tether kill switch on mine because the ony time I would probably over-rev the motor (to a damaging point)would be if I crashed (and I do) and the throttle sticks wide open.

Hey jimmie,It's pretty simple had to tap or splice one lead into the small wire going to the coil on the right side, small striped wire with a spade connector to coil.I am not at home right now or would tell you the exact color of wire.The other lead attaches to ground.Don't use the screws for dash panel for the ground(they don't provid a good connection)I found a small hole in the frame and used a new nut & bolt.My thinking is when the tether is released it ground's out your coils this in-turn shuts down your quad(no spark)Correct me if I am wrong
