Default 2001 Sportsman loses power under a load

My sporstman 400 loses power when under a load. I have changed the fuel filter, spark plugs. air filter, belt, clutcht. and had it rejetted. Nothing has seem to change. I getting tired of taking it to shops and not having it repaired. Some one thought it might now be the plugged exhaust. How do I tell and can I purge the exhaust silencer or should I just buy a new one? The 3 shops I have taken it to tell me that they have no hills to test it out, Seems to run fine when it is on flat roads.

Has anyone replaced the buttons in the secondary clutch?

if the buttons do get bad in the secondary(trany clutch) it makes it seem like it doesnt have any powerlike on hills and seems to rev up higher maybe to take off. you need to take the clutch off and apart to get to them as the helix runs on them and they are only $3.ea. and theres 3 or them.
