Default Honda 3-wheeler

hello i have a honda 3-wheeler that i just bought from a friend. It had been sitting for a while and i just put it on my truck and brought it home. Problem is it won't shirt into nuetral. the gear lever seems to click but i can't get it to where i can push it. does this mean it is locked up? can the motor be of any use? any help would be appreciated.

Default thanks for response

the tires do not roll but i can still try to kick start i guess that means that the engine is not locked up. don't really know what size or year but i think its a racing 3-wheeler because ive looked up many and most seem to have 6 gears and aluminum rims, gas shocks, etc. acutally i think its a 1986 model?
