Is it trying to start (cranking)?
Is it getting spark?
Is it getting gas?

You need to start the elimination process.

does it have gasoline in the fuel tank huh? does it have a choke? use the choke.

with your finger hold the finger throttle wide open and then start it. if all of that has been done. open up the air box and while starting the atv spray starting fluid at the air filter and it should start right up. if you need to take out the air filter and lightly spray with starting fluid. keep throttle fully opened.

if it was leaking fuel. you may need to replace the needle and or clean the carb.

where was the fuel leaking out of? is the spark plug wet. if the needle is stuck open then you might as well planning on taking the carb off to clean it. imo.

Cool

THe needle and seat are probably bad in the carb, is the crankcase full of gas? oil overfull? If so ghangge the oil and filter. To prevent this turn the gas off when not in use.
