How much below list price?
#1
Hi All! I am looking at new quads and I was hoping for some experience and wisdom from the folks on the forum!
So, how much can I expect to pay 'UNDER' list price? For example, the quad lists at $6899. What should I expect to pay for it? Certainly there are title fees, taxes, etc... but I know that most of that is non-negotiable. But what could I expect to get the dealer down to on the price of the bike?
Thanks!

today? you should expect to pay just at dealer's real costs. Or, about what a perfect condition used bike should be. get a blue book and study the maker you want .. 10-15% would be more goal .. and you'll get it, if you buy the extended warranty, too

Timing will make a big impact on price too. You catch a dealer that needs to make sales, they'll drop the price. What's in the inventory too. They have too much of something, they'll come down to move it out.
Want to really catch a sales person off guard? Ask them if they have a boat.
Yeah, off the wall.
But then tell them you're shopping around, and you want to buy a quad and not make somebody's boat payment.
