I was just at Magic Racing in Utica, Mi. ( they have adds in all the bike magazines 1-800-999-4594) and saw some off brand filters for the Raptor. I cannot remember the brand, but I did ask the price.. $6.00 I think. I didn't buy one on the spot since they did not seem any cheaper than what other people in the forum said that Yamaha was getting for them, and I am not yet ready to change my oil yet. Am I correct the Yama ones are about 6 bucks?

No I am not familiar with that area. I live about an hour away in Fenton. I know M59 and the major roads only.

I use a Fram filter designed for the R1 on my Raptor. It's maybe 1/2 inch longer, black, and is about $7. I am not positive on the part number, so check with your local parts store that sells fram products.
