Steering Stabilizer???

I'd say that a dampener still would have a beneficial effect if for no other reason the reduction of shock transmitted to your bars and thusly into your body especially in long vigorous riding. A good deal of arm pump is generated by the rigid steel bars. If you have any sign of head shake at speed, a good dampener will take most or all of it away, also. If you aren't already using alloy bars, the addition of same plus a steering dampener would make a noticable difference in you endurance.

Howdy,
This is the first quad I have had a stabilizer on, and will never have another quad without one. I ride alot of gnarly, rocky, rutted trails and it makes a big differnce, my arms don't get nearly as tired.
