Banshee Gas Mixing = Help!
#1
When you buy the oil to mix in the gas does it tell you the ratio on the container? If so does that ratio work for the Banshee? Is the Banshee really picky with the ratio as far as messing up your engine? What ratios seem to work best for the Banshee?
Thanks

ACTUALLY MR. BADASS IS A DUMB *** BECAUSE IF YOU KNOW 2 STROKES(WHICH HE DON'T) IF YOU MESS UP THE MIXTURE YOUR BANSHEE WOULD RUN TO LEAN OR TO RICH AND YOU WOULD FEEL A BIG POWER LOOS AND IT WOULDN'T RUN AS SMOOTH AS IT DOES WITH THE RIGHT MIXTURE. I DON'T KNOW THE EXACT MIX BUT I THINK I HELPED YOU A LITTLE MORE THAN HE DID!

Most of the oils will show on the back of them what ratios to use (mix). One example: I run Golden Spectro @ 50:1, IE: 1 12oz bottle to 5 gallons of gas. This product is a "fully synthetic" product and so you can run higher ratios's. I've never had any problems with it at this ratio. If you run non-synthetics 32:1 is a safe ratio to run.

I run Belray MC-1 at 32:1. It is a full synthetic oil as well. Since the synthetic oils are supposed to be better than conventional oils, some say you can run them at ratios of 50:1 and some even higher. As for me though, I pay the extra money for the synthetic, but stick with the 32:1 ratio to stay on the safe side. Oil is alot cheaper than motor rebuilds.
