350 Wolverine 2x4

Is this quad supposed to be such high maintenence? (Not spelled right) I mean i love this bad boy for trail riding because its like a tank and its easy to ride, but i dont like that fact that my parents bought a brand new quad from the dealership thats had to be serviced 3 times after only riding it for -4hrs.
Whats up with this quad? Did yamaha kick the crap out of all the 07 models before they shipped them off to the dealerships or something?
Heres a list of pros and cons i got from this quad, cons listed first because they're more important to me with this thing cause it causes so much trouble.
(CONS)
-Heavy, but its an automatic so i can understand that
-Problem with the Carb (got locked into 1st gear had to be serviced after the winter even though it was hardly ridden)
-Tippsy (This quad rolls so easy it might as well have included a free roll cage)
-Dead battery (2 dead batteries, first one was stock when it was shipped to the dealer ship, second one keeled over after a day of use)
-It does NOT like mud (regardless of it being a sport/utility, it WILL get stuck no matter what, i never thought i would see the day that a sport quad towed a utility quad out of less than 2 inches thick of mud)
-Its not fast at all
-It seems poorly made
-Why bother making it a utility quad if it cant handle mud and snow and any other harsh conditions short of grass, twigs and leaves.
-No 4x4? why bother making a utility/sport model and then making ANOTHER model the same exact thing except with 4x4.
(Pros)
-Nothing can stop it, its so heavy that when it gets up to speed it blows through everything, although it is not exceptionally fast
-It looks pretty cool for a utility model, not blocky and rugged looking like the other utility quads
-It CAN keep up on the trails if the rider has a clue as to what there doing, and might even outrun another quad on the trails
-Its automatic, its a laid back quad thats good for beginners and it handles and rides well under light trail conditions (no mud, no ice, just grass)
-Its big enough as to where you can be comfortable riding doubles, even if your not supposed too
i cant think of anything else but this is just how i feel about this quad, its actually in the shop right now getting the carb cleaned and fixed again because it did the same thing it wound up doing a few months ago, maybe the dealshiper screwed us on this quad, but i got my suzuki Z400 the same day as this quad and i havent had to bring it into the dealership to get serviced yet.
Maybe we bought a wolverine that was part of a bad batch of the 07 line...idk...its getting pretty ridiculous though and im thinking of selling it to get a new car.

lol most likely, i havent had any experience with those really, i even worked at a dealer for a while and we didnt have any of those for sale, unless somebody requested one which was never since i worked there, there just a plain jane no frills quad, but the problems youve been having is still nutty sometimes crazy stuff like that happends.
