Need help with new Raptor purchase Please

Can anybody help me with what I should offer a dealer on a cash deal on a new 09 Raptor 350?
The MSRP is 5299 I can't find a new one on Ebay with a (Buy it now) price for comparison. Has anybody got a good rule of thumb, like ignore the shipping and setup fee's and subtract x% from MSRP? Thanks for any help.

with the economy the way it is you can most likely play hardball with em a little bit in order to get a good deal also, if it doesnt seem like a good deal to you then just walk out. I always reccomend z400s and 400exs over raptor 350s also, there just a better overall quad imo, people outgrow the 350s alot faster.

I am not stuck on the Raptor, just had alot of reliable Yamaha enduros in the past. I am new to the quads. Because of where we moved to in the NM mountains at least one 4wd was needed for the snow but I didn't want a bulky utility so I bought a Wolverine 450 4wd and can't stand the auto. I basically bought it because it was the only sport style 4wd. My wife and daughter love it. I bought it in March of this year it was an 08 with 500.00 knocked off =5495 + shipping + setup = 6200 and offered 4800 and they came back to 5400 firm out the door and I pay my own sales tax which was 3%
I'm taking ya'lls advice on the 400ex seriously Thanks

I'm not sure where you live but around here you can find the 2009 Raptor 700's for about 5500 + tax OTD. The economy has really brought prices down. If you have several dealers to talk to, pit them against each other and get a better deal.
You should be talking well below MSRP on that machine. The 350's are just not as popular as the 700.
You might also consider a left over 2008. Some of the dealers around here still have new 2008's and they are selling them for much less.
