Default pics of my '88 warrior..thinking of selling-whats it worth?

I am thinking of selling it to upgrade to something like a 400ex or a KFX400. These are not the best pics, but here are a few that I just took. Mods are in the sig. Oh, the front tires are 'flipped' to widen out the front stance. This quad runs like a top - absolutely no issues at all. everything works as it should....and I do mean everything. I doubt there are very many 21 year old quads around that run and look this good -given its age.

I have about $1700-1800 in it total. If I could get that, I would probably sell it. Here in middle NC (charlotte area), that's about the max a warrior will sell for. Some folks with a newer model ask $2K, but I don't know if they get that much b/c I have seen decent raptor 660's go for just under $3k around here.

Anyway...what do you all think its worth - private party sell. I would NEVER trade it to a dealer...and they would proably not want it anyway since its 21 years old...regardless of condition.

I bought my 89 warrior here in KC, Mo with big maxxis razr's and k&n airfilter for $1000. it was in pretty good shape and it runs really good. I would say you could probably get atleast $1200-1500

1500-1800. With that good of service from Yamaha I am surprised that you are considering a Honda or Kawi.

for 20+ yr old bikes that take a beating they sure are something else. i think i will keep mine for along time and if i am craving something faster i will just rebuild the engine with a big bore kit.

these things are monsters...

Hey Webb, have you ever made the trek to Fingerlakes State Park in MO? That is an awesome place to ride. If not you should check it out.
