Default 2005 blaster boring. Some help.

Hey, i just recently posted a thread about my blaster seizing on me. I am going to order a top end rebuild kit and a new crank if i should have too. I broke the piston loose, should i need a new crank shaft even though it is a lower end part? I think i want to bore it .030 or .040 over. Is there any noticeable power gains from that? I am running an FmF Gold series fatty pipe with 260 main jet. I also got a set of v-force 3 reeds to install.

Thanks guys

its hard to say whether or not you will need the crank rebuilt until the cases are split, the piston could have just seized and might not have done anything to the crank, i would bore it anywhere from .020-.040 over, youll notice a little power gain but not much.
