I have a 01' yellow 400ex and want to put a pipe on it. I was thinking about a big gun complete system. Don't know if I want to spend the extra $$$ for White Bros. or DMC. Is the performance difference worth the extra $$$? Also sound is a concern, I don't care how loud it is I want it to sound good (without causeing to much trouble with the neighbors ) Which sounds the best? About jet kits, do I have to buy the full kit? Can't I just buy the correct jets alone and install them? Which jets should I buy for the big gun? What about the White Bros. E-series? Sorry so long, thanks for any help you can provide.

Get yourself the FULL DMC exhaust and a 158 Keihin main jet, if all else is stock. It will cost you $488 including shipping from Magic Racing.

 

i agree... i just got my dmc today..... holy ****!!!!!!!! wow the power is unbelievable, it pulls so much harder through every gear!!! 2nd gear is the best , the wheelies are great!!!.... should i go with 158 jet???? i have 165 in, i heard u dont go by color for the plug with the 400... its suposed to run lean.... true ??? thanx./..

Tc Racing ask for Tom he by far in my opinion does the best work performance wise. My buddy just put
Tc pipe on his 400ex silencer only thats all the 400needs and it runs better than my buddies 400 with a full big gun, trust me the gains are great.
