Ranger RZR Govenor

Just bought a Ranger rzr, I want to take the governor off of this. The dealer told me it can be done, but they arent allowed to say how to do it. Any info would be helpful!

is this the 150cc model? if it is i read the reviews in dirt wheels and it has a electronic speed restrictor,if i a betting man it has a rev limiter built into the cdi on it.
