Some have siliconed, foamed, etc,BUT is a bear to remove cover to change belts, etc! Have had some customers have good results using heavy grade marine grease in channel and along gasket, plus easier to remove cover,BUT use whatever works best for you! Other mudders should give your their recommendations! Good luck OPT

If it's leaking around the clutch cover replace the gasket that seals it. What happens is that it loses it's seal after a while and from removing the cover several times. For what it cost's I would just purchase the oem gasket that goes there and you'll have no more issues unless you remove the cover over and over again. Putting silicone there your going to swear like a trooper when you go to remove it then you gotta clean it all out again before re-installing. OUCH!
