Both the brake handle and the foot pedal?

If it's just the foot pedal, it's really not that big of a deal. A lot of Polaris models do that. The brake handle actually uses both the front and rear brakes. Even Polaris says the rear brakes should not be used for stopping.

They say they are made to assist only, and the handle should be used for all stopping.
