I was thinking about a White Bros. pipe (pro-meg)and a K+N powerkit would this make a big enough difference to be worth the money? I DON'T want a piston/cam! Also what does taking out the baffle do does it add power, does it make it louder ,would I have to rejet?

Removing the baffle is the only performance mod i have done to my warrior, i did not rejet or anything. it is quite a bit louder, and really only gives you a bit more top end.

A piston/cam is the only way to go with a 4-stroke. The pipe will help but not that much. A buddy had a warrior and added an 11:1 piston and a cam. What a difference.

OK,but if I were to get a piston/cam/valve springs set that would cost about 300+ (from Alba)but I dont think I can put them in so it would cost as much as the stuff itself to have them installed!... or would it? any suggestions?

The K&N Powerkit with a pipe will help your acceleration, not a whole lot of top end gain though. It will just run smoother and faster to the top end. Its worth the money, but you might want to change your gearing after you install them.

you have a 15 tooth front sprocket?!?, what kind of riding do you do?, dropping it back down to the stock 13 would help your acceleration lots, and unless you ride in dunes or wide open spaces, you wouldn't notice the tope end loss much at all. i even dropped my front down to 12, and i havent missed the top speed hardly at all.

oh, well thats better then. i never thought about dropping the tires down to 20" because the one warrior i rode that had done that got snagged on everything on the swingarm cuz of the lack of ground clearance. So when I got my tires, i got the XCTs so i could keep what clearance i had. But still, unless you ride in mostly in wide open spaces, try a 13 or 14 tooth sprocket. its only 15 bucks, and everyone that i ever talked to that did something like that loved it.
