Ok, 02 Warrior that I bought last summer from the original owner. It was his wife's quad and she only rode it 8-10 times per year but they were weekend trips of all day riding. I've put at least30 hours on it since I've had it. He claims to have done all the oil changes, grease, etc. maintenance however, never had the valves checked. I just checked them tonight and they were PERFECTLY in spec.

Is this possible?

 

yes.. i went well over 1000 hours before mine even started to tick... and even then.. the exhaust was only out a couple thousandths.. my intake was still spot on.
