havent road it in a month, hop on it and no top end at full throttle, at full throttle it will bog down, goes full speed down hill at 3/4 throttle, going uphill it loses power till it just crawls, than once on flat land it goes again at 3/4 throttle, any suggestions

 

Check the main jet in the carb, could be dirty/plugged up. Give the carb a good cleaning in general, looking for air leaks in the rubber boots to and from the carb. Maybe time for a new fuel filter/air filter? Just a start.
