Well,if it is going to blow up ,be sure to ride it hard while it's on warranty still.

it could be valve noise. You can have your valves adjusted.

No,I'm not saying that is is going to blow, but if it were going to blow, beating it would certaintly speed up the process.I mean come on,it's a Honda, chances of it blowing up are very slim.

dont think it sounds like the valves, Becuase when I took it in they said they sound fine. it kinda sounds like its above the valves, when ever I go faster you can hear it knock or tap faster. I hope its nothing serious. The dealer wouldnt lie would they so if it was a engine problem they wouldnt have to do it under warrenty?

That's a dealers job is to lie! Always get a second opinion then go back to the dealer and tell them to fix what you want. You just bought a new quad from them, don't take their crap!

Start your engine take a dowl (piece of wood) about 2 feet long place it at diffrent parts of your engine put your ear to the piece of wood the sound will magnify when you are near the cause.
At least then you can tell them exactly where it is coming from because engine ticks and stuff are hard to pin point they seem to travel throughout the whole motor .
Hope this helps and good luck with your bike I hope it is nothing to serious.

Have a good one
