Default 700 Sportsman tires

I have the factory rawhides on right now, I can go basicly anywhere I need to go with them except through really really really deep mud. They are getting pretty dryrotted and all that good stuff so its time for some new ones, Im going to go with a 26 or 27, im considering the executioners. How good to they do in snow and on hill sides where sliding sideways is not a good thing, i pull tons of wood on trailors. How are they on hard pack? OR WHAT WOULD BE A BETTER TIRE FOR ME?
Thanks

ITP XTRs, Mud Lites or Terracross or would be a better 'all around' choice. The excutioners will ride much rougher.

What ever you buy make sure they are raidals. I bought the ITP Terracrss and love them.

Im very open for opinions lol, I use my 700 for farming, hunting, hauling wood, basicly for a work horse, (stuff a atv isnt ment for) but also we have alot of wet bottom land. Id like to get from A to B without using my winch as much. How good are the terracross in the mud and snow?

I keep finding more tires that look neat. What about the ITP 589's. Im not to worried about rough riding, just as long as they bight good on basicly everything, because i can get a tire wheel kit for 26" on ebay for $405.

The 589's are a good all around tire but if you're going to spend the extra $ I'd upgrade a little. I just got a set of Maxxis Zilla's and love them. Mudlites and XTR's are good too. If you are looking for an upgrade that won't break the bank I have a set of 26" Polaris PXT's on steel rims with lugs that have less than 50 miles on them. They handle great in just about anything but I wanted to go with something taller and 14" rims. $300 and can work something out on delivery. PM me or I will check the posts tomorrow. On Military Duty for the weekend and won't be able to do any internet stuff until sometime Sunday afternoon.

I can say I've used my 589's in a few different terrains (hard pack trails, technical riding type rocks at Haystack Mountain ATV Offroad Park, dunes at Mescalero Sands) this past year. Except, what they were made for, mud and snow. And I'm very happy. Of course riding on 40" Iroks might have something to do with it. I'm hoping, I should say will be getting some of that mud and snow in a few weeks when I go elk hunting.

I would check out the PXT's, same as Carlisle's ACT, the Mudlite XTR, and I think for you expecially, the Zilla's would be a very good choice, because they're not super aggressive, but they will get you where you need to go, in the mud, snow, or anything else

I know im prolly starting to sound like a dumbass... But the reason I was considering the executioners is because their cheap with lots of tread. What about the GBC Gators? Their cheaper than the zillas(one income to support me and my wife that is in college).
