Unhappy came someone explain why this is happening

I have a 09 can am outlander maxx with 1,020 mi and i ride for about a half hour then it sits for about an hour and when i start it up push the throtle to go it sputters so i let off and it will sputter for about 10 seconds and then it runs fine. what could cause this to happen? Also does anyone know what brake pabs are best for the can am outlander 650 the ones it has are worn out and are so loud and annoying.

Not sure about the stutter problem but use EBS pads and the noise goes away. EBS lasts longer than stock too.
