ok we have a 2000 400 ex. it smoked so i had bought a 415 kit from prowell. had the cylinder bored and put it all back together. no start. i have done this kind of rering before with no problems. i got fuel, i have spark. i line up the "T" on the crank and the 3 line on the cam. now the cam gear looks to be a half tooth off. i have tryed to adjust it out and have had no luck. I also have went a tooth either way and no luck. i went 180 out and no start, It did however pop though the exhaust and intake. i can get it all lined up great untill i let go of the cam chain tensioner. then it looks a half tooth of. I have to be missing something. i have done a couple quads, 1 with 12-1, and havnt had these problems. any help would be great. thanks
