Is there a better carburetor to put on the scrambler 500 ?
Like an FCR 42mm for instance..... Will it bolt up to the stock rubbers (intakes)?

There will be numerous other upgrades done like exhaust & k&n filter Maybe even a wiseco/je piston & stage 1 cam.

I know Aaen Performance - High Performance products for Snowmobiles and Polaris ATV's sells the 42 tmx carb, but they are too expensive for my budget.

Also what size is the stock 500 carb ?

The stock carb is a CV 40mm made by Mikuni .
