Default Help!!

I know this isnt a polaris but i have it posted on the kawasaki forum and i got 1 post in like 5 days.I dont have patience. Here on polaris forum yous guys are so helpful and quick to respond and i thank you very much for that but does anyone know any thing about a 05 kawasaki brute force 650 4x4 v-twin carburated. Is this a comfortable, reliable quad? I can get it for $2500. Is this a good deal? Being that it is a v-twin does it suck gas like crazy or is it good on gas? Also does it ride hard with the rear swing arm?? My polaris has IRS and i LOVE IT!! It is the nicest rideing quad you will ever drive. My brother has a Arctic Cat 700 efi and he has put about $1500 into it in only about a year just to pay for parts. I have a 05 polaris sportsman and then we have a spare quad.My brother is usually driving the spare cause his is always broke. So this quad is going to be driven when his quad is broke not all the time. Also it will not be beat or hammerd. Is this quad going to be like the Arctic cat? Im sorry for such a long post but i want to get the right info. I didnt do this for the arctic cat and now were stuck with a piece of junk. So please help cause i dont think its going to be for sale for to long at that price. Sincerely, Polaris man with issues

Never had or riden a Kawi. Your best bet is to try to research other websites as well. I don't know what kind of reponse you will get from Polaris riders......

One of my brother in laws has one (older model) and he's been very happy with it. Looking at NADA, low retail shows 2500 and average is 3200. So depending on what kind of shape it's in, and how well it's been taken care of, it doesn't sound like it could be a bad deal.

I have one friend who rides a brute force and he thinks it's a great machine. No real mechanical issues that I know of. I have ridden it once and have to say it's pretty good on power but just does'nt have that polaris ride and comfort. The ride is a little harsh for me but I'm used to a popo. Also with the 4x4 engaged the steering seemed a bit jerky and stiff to me. For $2500 in good working order and you like the way it rides and handles you'll be getting a pretty good deal. IMO.

2500 sounds fair ,but do a lil research just the same . i believe the early 650 twin auto's had belt issues .
