I'd say that maybe with your camber being off a little due to the lift it might feel a little different in the steering but does it make the ride rougher? I don't see how that would be affected since the spring load would remain the same. Or did you change spring set-up?

You might try these out. tm2 They let you adjust them to one of 3 settings so you can play with them to your liking. Every review I've read of them liked the way they work. PS The website is annoying but it is a good product. I bought the Polaris HD springs and like them. It keeps the front end from squatting too much.

Yuh know, when you spend a good chunk of change on a killer quad. You should always buy the service manual.

Are you talking about the mod using the abs or pvc pipe?
It should be a 1.5 inch spacer I believe.
I made some a couple weekends ago using Stendori's instuctions. I just havent put them on yet.
How is the ride crappy?

PS thanks again to Stendori for the awesome mod write up.

mine are the pvc ones. I just took them out and they are pretty strong. There is no cracks or anything on them.I never thought they would hold up. and Yeah the ride is very bad. I got like 4 more inches of ground clearence and its awesome with the plow on but i ride more then plow.I figured id ask for the spring adjusters from polaris with the spanner wrench for christmas so theres my 2 cents haha

Try the progressive rate springs from Erlandson Performance , will ride better and lift saggy front end.

Not sure what year or model sportsman he has but I'm pretty sure EPI only makes the progressive springs for a couple different models.......
