Default 750 brute flashing 2wd/4wd lights

Hi every one newbie here. Been looking all over the net on this problem sounds like alot of kaw owners have had this trouble,is any one solved the problem?I have the manual went thew the tests( ohms, volts, grounds) all checked out good. Cleaned all connectors and die electic grease them. Now the lights (2wd/4wd) flash 2wd 1sec on 4wd 1sec on but the brake actuator cycles fine and the 4wd switch will not go in the 4wd mode(but worked fine before) It started out as a 2sec flash and I would turn the wheeler off and back on and it would reset it self and all work fine. Now the 2wd/4wd light flashes as soon as the key is on and will not reset it's self.I'm leaning toword the controller but don't want to buy one on a guess.I would really like some input thanks.

Here is a ATV TIP site that covers that problem, good luck.

Nyroc's ATV info website

Actuator Control System Trouble Shooting,
When the actuator fails, the controller enters failure mode and the indicator light illuminates 2WD,4WD alternately.
1. If it alternates really fast at .5 seconds on 2wd and .5 seconds on 4wd then the problem is Selectable 2wd/4wd actuator.
2. If it alternates from 2wd/4wd at 1 second intervals, the problem is the Engine Brake Actuator.
3. If it alternates from 2wd/4wd at 2 second intervals, the problem is both the selectable 2wd/4wd actuator and Engine brake actuator.

Can you hear the EBC actuator (on top of the CVT cover) whining noise when you shut off the engine?

Does the 4x4 actuator turn when you apply direct 12 VDC to its connector (Blk & Red)?

I took apart the brake actuator (ebc actuator one on the cover) and removed the gears and pluged back in to the connector with the key off and turning the pod to a reference point then key on I can get the 2wd/4wd lights to quit flashing. So that tells me it's that actuator. Funny thing is it ohmed out good.As for the 4wd actuator it go's in/out with the 2wd/4wd lights fashing.
