How much differential fluid goes in the read differential of a 2004 AC 400 Auto 4x4

Well my 2004 service manual says 9.3 ounces for the the front and the read diff of SAE 80w-90 hypoind gear oil.
I have a tough time measuring 9.3 ounces so I put it 1 inch down from the threads on the fill cap.
I believe in 2005-2006 they installed a 3rd plug in the diff. One to drain one to fill and one to stop at. However I have been told it is approximately 1 inch down from the fill plug.
SO do you have 2 plugs? (top is fill bottom is drain) or do youhave 3 plugs? (top is fill middle is the fill to and bottom is the drain)
Also, I find it wasier to drain with the skid plate removed.
