Default 1993 Trail Boss no start

Can not get 1993 Trail Boss to start after replacing intake boot. Old boot was split. Cleaned carb already. Help? Getting good spark. Getting a little gas on filter side of Carb????

Try spraying some fuel into the carb while trying to start, if it still won't start, check the reed valves to see if you might have sucked something in the damaged boot.
Let me know how it turns out.
Thanks

I have tried Starting fluid, no help. No reeds on this.
Have not check compression but it seems strong.-- top end rebuilt last year.

Default Trail Boss

If you have compression and spark and it still won't start, check your crankcase seals.

Crankcase seals? I know some people on here has had to replace theirs and it fixed there problem. I just do not understand How/why that causes a problem. I have not work on it the pass several days but plan to look at it some this week.
Will check spark again.

Thanks A.J. and Stendori. I have resurched on here and read about the crankseals and do think they are leaking. Acting just like others that had that problem. But may also have bearing(s) going bad also. Do have some movement (play in one direction)on crank on clutch side. So it looks like I need to take the bottom end apart.
