hi, I bought a used 2002 SunL 50cc quad for my niece, it was running great but noticed when she pulled the break it was engaging the selinoid on the starter. Then it stopped starting, wasn't getting anything from the starter, replaced starter (brand new), got it to want to start but wasn't getting spark all the time so I changed the plug, still wanted to start but wouldn't, so I changed the coil pack ( brand new ), still isn't getting spark, any ideas of what can be wrong? maybe the c.d.i. or regulator? Please help me if you can, have a great new year

 

So right now are getting no spark, or "not getting spark all the time"?

What CDI do you have? 5 pin? 4 pin? See this thread for more information:
