2005 phoenix key will not insert into ignition?????
hi, I went out and started my phoenix a few days ago because its been very cold here in the catskills. decided the other day I wanted to sell it. what luck, I went out to start it up again (still very cold up here) and the key will not insert???? at first I though, frozen ignition. went and got key deicer.... nope definitely not a frozen ignition. the key just will not insert into the ignition....

what could be the problem??? this is so strange any help is appreciated

 

update: I used the winter key and that went in the ignition fine. but the key will not turn. it's like it's locked or something... anyone???
