Default Please help identify this gas tank

I found this gas tank that my old roommate left behind while cleaning out a closet. I have no idea what it's from other than a 3 wheeler that he was going to restore. I plan on selling it and need to ID it first and have no way of getting ahold of him. Anyone have an idea of what atc it could be for? I really appreciate any help.

Default tank

Looks to me like a 350X, only made in 85 and 86. Check out pics of them and compare.

It's not an 86' 350x I have one and the seat pan area is different also the mounts for the shrouds are different. Ebay has the 83-84 250r gas tanks and they look identical to yours, seems MadMel is right.
