are wheel bearings covered under warranty?

hi, ive got a 06 foreman es and the wheel bearings are going out and i called the dealer and he said he was pretty sure that theyre not covered but he was also unsure if the starter was covered either. im just wondering if anyone else has encountered this before i call another dealer. thanks

Have you read your warranty to see if they are? Unless you got an extended warranty, I doubt anything is still covered.
Wheel bearings are not that difficult of a fix, but you already need some basic skills and a factory service manual to do it

yea ive read the warranty and its pretty vague, it specitically says things not covered batteries, audio equipment, accessories and tires. then further along it says " replacement of expendable maintence items including, but not limited to: spark plugs, filters, coolant, lubricants, gaskets, hoses, belts." and bearings arnt specified in any of that but then it goes on to say parts affected by awhole bunch of things dealing with accidents and improper installation, but it also includes normal wear which would mean they could denie almost anything.
and its not the point of installing wheel bearings, but the point of having the warrenty is so they fix it. and when i purchased it was all sugarcoated saying it covered everything except wear items such as batteies, tires, breaks, etc.

All warranties and insurance policies are the same. Absolutely the greatest thing since sliced bread. Until you go to use it that is. Then "This is normally covered but it has been abused." or "Oh, I'm sorry but we only cover that on Tuesdays." or "That's only covered if there's a full moon." or "Who told you that was covered?" or "Do you have your receipt and was it signed by Donald?" If not, sorry.

If it's vague, then it's definitely warranty language.
The problem is whether the dealer will try to trick you into committing yourself to admitting what caused the failure. Even something innocent like "I only rode through the 3 foot deep creek once and it never sucked water" is enough to have them claim you took it deeper than it's designed to cross, thus voiding warranty through improper use. (lawyers!) Therefore, you'll probably have to deny doing anything with it other than riding it down the gravel road from your house to the mailbox, changing the oil every two weeks!
I don't have a good answer for you because anything can happen from here.
The dealer could be a stand up guy and fix it, he could be an *** and deny the claim
