Has anyone changed the stock bulbs out for brighter bulbs on their 400EX yet?? Do they make the blue tinted bulbs for the 400EX??

I don't know about bulbs but i thoght it would look sharp if a neon accent light could be wired to the battery.

The Stanley bulbs in your EX light are made only by Stanley and they are 30 watt incandescent bulbs. If you can find a way to increase the wattage you run the risk of melting/yellowing the Polycarbonate lens. Trust me, this is what I do for a living.

If you really need more light your best bet would be one of those aftermarket Baja-type lights that mount completely independent of the stockers.

BTW, those blue and orange bulbs (usually H-4's) are NOT any brighter than a conventional H-4 bulb - they are just a sales / marketing gimmick made to look like an HID headlight.
